Proposal of rental price and conditions
1000 square meters of store-business–warehouse space on the ground floor is offered. The parcel has easy access and extensive parking possibilities, 69 parking spaces. The current rental price would amount to eur 13 per square meter, increased by the applicable vat charge. Rental of external space, if required, would be negotiated separately. the rental price throughout the entire duration of the contract would remain 10–15% below the estimated market rental value in this area.
It is possible to lease additional indoor and outdoor space if the building owner is in a position to offer such. The proposed lease term and contract signing period is a minimum of ten years.
Investment in interior space
